Standard Lawn and Landscape Maintenance
This is the standard lawn maintenance package available for lawn and landscaping services
Mowing
This includes mowing weekly or bi-weekly throughout growing season. Includes mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. A minimum of 20 service visits is required for this plan.
Pruning
This includes pruning shrubs as needed throughout growing season. Also includes cutting perennial shrubs back in the winter.
Weed Control in Plant Beds
This includes spraying the plant beds on the property as needed. Also includes weeds coming up through cracks in concrete.
Optional Add-Ons
These are additional services that can be added to the standard maintenance package.
Turf Weed Control
This includes six lawn applications throughout the year. In this package, the property would receive two pre-emergent applications (with post emergent applications), two fertilization applications during growing season, and each application would include a post emergent herbicide.
Pine Straw / Mulch installation
This includes mulch or pine straw installation twice a year in all plant beds.
Aeration
Aeration is great for breaking up excessive thatch and breaking up compacted soil. This helps promote healthy root development of the turf.
